BABS features several command-line interface programs:

Set up a BABS project

• babs init: Initialize a BABS project
• babs check-setup: Validate the BABS project
• babs sync-code: Save and push code changes

Submit jobs and check job status

• babs submit: Submit jobs
• babs status: Check job status

After jobs have finished

• babs merge: Merge results and provenance
• Handling changes in input data
